  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Product Use and Safety

The Rovello Voyager is designed to transport pets safely and comfortably. However:

  • You are responsible for confirming the carrier's dimensions, weight limit, and your pet's measurements are compatible before use, using the size guide provided on our product page.
  • Airline acceptance of any pet carrier is determined solely by the airline, not by us. Always confirm your specific airline's current pet policy before you fly.
  • You are responsible for supervising your pet's use of this product at all times. Rovello is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper sizing, or failure to supervise your pet during use.

Orders, Shipping, and Returns

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. For information about returns and exchanges, see our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rovello is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

User-Generated Content
