Will it fit under my airline seat?
At 45 × 30 × 30 cm, the Voyager meets the under-seat height limit used by many of the largest airlines. A few airlines with stricter under-seat limits may not accommodate this size. Airline requirements vary and change, so please confirm your specific airline's current pet carrier policy before you fly.
Can my pet fly in-cabin with it?
The Voyager holds pets up to 20 lb (9 kg), but most airlines cap in-cabin pets at around 8–10 kg including the carrier. If your pet is on the larger side, check your airline's weight limit before booking. For road trips, hotels and visits, there's no limit but comfort.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on orders over 150 USD. Smaller orders ship for a flat 6.99 USD. Please allow 10–14 business days for your Voyager to arrive.
What's your return policy?
If it's not right for you, send it back unused within 40 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I wash it?
Spot clean the shell with mild soap and water. The three sherpa pads lift out and are machine washable, please air dry all pieces rather than using a dryer.
How do I measure my pet before choosing a size?
Measure your pet nose to the base of the tail (not including the tail) for length, and around the widest part of the chest for girth. Compare both against the Voyager's dimensions!
What if my pet isn't used to a carrier?
Leave it open at home for a few days beforehand with a blanket or treat inside, so it becomes a familiar space rather than something new on travel day. Most pets adjust faster to a carrier they've had time to explore on their own than one they're placed into for the first time right before a trip.
Does it fold flat for storage?
Yes, the frame collapses down to a fraction of its expanded footprint for closet or trunk storage between trips.

I just moved from Hawaii to Alaska, which was a 22-hour journey with layovers. My cat is 8 pounds and fit very well, but the 16x10x9 may be too small for a larger animal. She was quiet and comfortable for the entire trip, largely thanks to the fold-out "porch." I let her out a few times in the family-size private airport bathroom, but she was reluctant to leave the carrier. It feels sturdy and well-made, and all the zippers worked smoothly and stayed in place. The shoulder strap was handy for keeping my hands free, and the carrier held its shape well. Most of my fellow travelers didn't realize I had an animal because this looks like a duffel bag at casual glance, but everyone who did notice was very impressed by its design (including my vet)! I wrapped the bottom cushion in a disposable puppy pad, which was used at hour 17, and after removing the sodden puppy pad and wiping my cat's feet with baby wipes, I was able to put her back in the carrier, with zero residual smell. I am very pleased with this carrier, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to fellow travelers, especially those who have strict airline carrier size requirements to follow.
This bag is so great we got two. Calypso loved the first one so much we couldn't get her out of it once we got home. So we kept it as a “play area” and got another for travel. Very sturdy when walking through the airport and easy to open once in the plane. Usually i only open one side and it’s enough for her. But if we have a full row ill fully extend. Shes done a 6 hour flight in here no issues or complaints. Shes always happy and napping.
